Booking Policy
- All reservations are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from VP Residency.
- Guests must provide accurate information during the booking process.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-In Time: 1:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:

- Avoid causing disturbances to other guests.
- Comply with local laws and regulations.
Property Rules

VP Residency shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the guest’s stay.
