At VP Residency, we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund process for all guests.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled check-in date to receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.
Refund Eligibility
A full refund will be issued if:
- Cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before check-in.
- The booking complies with our cancellation policy.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:
- Cancellation made less than 48 hours before check-in.
- No-show reservations.
- Incorrect booking details provided by the guest.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.
Payment Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
